Due to the sensitive nature of our products, returns are not accepted. However, you can request a cancellation before your order has been shipped. Once the order is dispatched, cancellations are not possible.

4. International Orders
International orders are placed at your own risk. Anpeptides is not liable for issues with international shipments such as customs seizures, delays, lost packages, and more.
5. Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed using your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your financial institution to handle the refund.
